Free Cancellations Within 24 Hours
You have the right to cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours (1 full day) of placing it. This applies to all orders, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

There are two ways to cancel your order:
- Online: Log in to your KAMIZENKOS account and navigate to the “Order History” section. Locate the order you wish to cancel and click the “Cancel Order” button.
- Contact Us: Reach out to our friendly customer support team by email at Contact@kamizenkos.com within the 24-hour timeframe. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.
Refunds:
Once your cancellation request is confirmed within the 24-hour window, we’ll initiate a full refund for the order amount. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your payment method. Here’s a breakdown of the typical timeframe:
- Credit Card: Refunds will typically appear on your credit card statement within 5 business days of receiving your returned order.
- Debit Card: Refunds will typically be deposited back to your debit card account within 5 business days of receiving your returned order.
Important Notes:
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours of placing your order may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be possible depending on the processing stage of the order.
- To receive a full refund, the returned items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance for valuable items.
